Just wondering if any body uses these 110mm headlights from premier wiring

if so are they sva friendly?
carl
They look like the ones that dip straight down not to the left. If so they will not pass SVA, best to ask them but there is no cut off on the lens.
Any chance they can pass an MOT post SVA?

They will not pass SVA without some pretty serious modifications on the lense.

This question comes up so often it should be sticky.
These threads should help - especially read the comments from SVC (Steve @ SVC) since he'd be selling them if they were SVA proof:

I think the most important point is using illegal lights (i.e. ones that dip the wrong way) can void your insurance (according to an insurance
assessor), so fitting them post SVA is also dodgy.

I have been asked to supply these for off-road (racing) use, by a kit manufacturer.
These will be used where the regulations insist on the vehicles having lights…. so, SVC are about to sell them.
We are obtaining them directly from the importers who state that buyers should check on the legality of using them (nice get-out) for cars and even
motor bikes!
All of our advertising will state they are for “off road use only”, after that , its up to you, but I think Phil will tell you they don’t have a good
light out-put !
