I have had to run my wiring above my exhaust manifold,

Where is the best place for me to buy 18 inches - 2 feet of that foil like reflective sheathing for my convoluted tubing that carried my wiring?

It needs to be able to to take an inch diameter.

You could try a stainless reflector plate.
