Just been setting / trying to set my headlamps so they are something like for SVA (assuming they will let me do them properly while I'm there)
What markings should they have?
Its just that mine seem a bit odd, the dip pattern is a bit funny, possibly due to one of the bulbs being none to clever (though its new)
Both lenses have arrows pointing to the nearside, and both have 2 "E10" marks on them, one with an "A" in a box above it and the
other with"hl" or something (forgotten now! ) above it?
Are these ok for SVA??
i'll let you know tomorrow if notts let you adjust them
E10 means tested and e marked in a Yugoslavian test house, lights dip in the direction of the arrow.

The other codes are:
'A' means it's got a sidelight in it
'HC' means dip beam headlamp, halogen
'HR' means main beam headlamp, halogen
'HCR' means dip/main beam headlamp, halogen

I set my lights by comparing tape marks on my garage door to swmbo's tin top (CRX) which is about the same height. I was spot on for Mr SVA
