i have brought some blade fuse boxes and was wondering if its allowed to

Join on 1 side all the inputs together....
and wire only one (4mm2) wire to the battery???

p.s. what about sva the joining will be visible

as long as the wire to the battery is protected by a fuse then I don't see why not.
