Just in case you're not aware how it works the park terminal becomes +ve when the wiper is in a non-parked position. IE when the wiper switch is in the "off position" you want to connect the park terminal to the 1st speed terminal so it carries on moving until it gets to "park". Hope that makes sense. Had me confused for a while when I first tried to wire it up.
