Spiro wrap and split conduit then secured with P clips on mine. Rear loom uses connectors to keep it separate from the main bit.

I protected the loom with a sleeve then p clipped and cable tied around the tubes. I would suggest you use something a little stronger than the
adhesive mounts as it can be a hostile environment in the tunnel what with water oil etc. And if it breaks free the prop is sure to wipe out your
wiring, and it is not easy to get in and replace.

I wrapped my loom in plenty of self amalgamating loom tape and fixed it with cable ties using the rivet on type of saddle from pole-volt.

You could look at using trailer wire (ie the 7-15 core type). It keeps it all neat and easily understood, as each wire is numbered.
You can get cable ties with a small mounting hole to attach it with a bolt/self tapper/rivet. I think I bought mine from
here....

A better option, which I think has been
mentioned on here before (in the link above) are "Screw fixing cable tie bases". You can cut the tie off and replace it and is also a
permanent fixing.

I nearly failed my SVA 'cos the inspector thought I'd used stick-on pads everywhere - I had to demonstrate that I'd put a rivet
through most of them. He let me use a couple of tie-wraps where I wasn't able to use rivets. I'd use convoluted tubing to cover the
wiring, and P-clips to fix it safely.
Don't forget to keep the fuel pipe, electrics and brake pipes well spaced apart - none of them should be able to touch any of the others, even
if pushed hard. Also, remember that there's a propshaft spinning in the middle of it all...
