Which Wire Flatshifter on 05 R1?

I am wiring the car this week so most of the loom is in place. The flatshifter components and vacuum switch are all installed. The next job are the final wiring connections.
My question is, what colour wire did other R1/flatshifter users cut for the coil cutout?
I am going to check the wiring diagram (only have an 04 manual) before I start, but I want to cross check with those who have already done it.

Cheers Martin

Looking at the 04 wiring diagram, it looks like the common wire to all coils is Red with a Black tracer?

It is indeed the red with black tracer.

Make sure you get the wires the right way round, to the ecu / to the coil as I got this wrong and it didn't cut properly.

It's the same 04-06

We still haven't got the down shift working properly on our cars, we're planning on getting them down to help us sort it out when we go testing next.

Upshift works nicely though.

Have you got the newer downshift vacuum unit?
It goes under the throttle cable instead of on the fast idle (choke) side.
They sent me a replacement FOC when I was told on here.
Maybe if you have the old one, that is your issue?
