Old Acewell Dash (fuel gauge)

Wasn't going to bother wiring the fuel gauge as I already have a durite unit and sender, problem is the acewell flashes when on 1/4 tank so is on all the time as it's not wired in.
Acewell unit needs 0 ohms empty max 100 ohms full, my durite sender reads 65 ohms empty 180 ohms full.
is there any way of kidding either the sender or acewell if so how

many thanks
tony
