I haven't touched the kitcar for a few years but with this lockdown I have finally found some time to play with my toys...

wishing I hadn't now thou!! car was running, all be in on 3 cylinders,

now I cant adjust the TPS settings, TPS raw is 100% and the screen is messed up,

I have checked the TPS is operating correctly and checked its wired correctly.

measured the resistance at the omex plug so I know the wires are ok..

can anyone help please..

looking for base settings for a 2.0 blacktop running GSXR K1 TB's..

I have exactly the same, running on 4 then 3 then 4 then 3, new plugs/leads/coil still got it. Stinks of fuel its way to rich and fowls plugs in minutes.

I have a base map sent to me by Omex for 2.0 zetec with their own throttle bodies but I think its too rich for bike ITB.

How did you get on and did you find a better map?

I had another member off here come over and help..

Spent quite a few hours on it..

finally traced back a broken wire in the omex loom meaning it wasnt reading the sensors correctly..

They got it running quite sweet by adjusting the linkage between the tb's as one wasnt opening the same as the others and fuel etc,

unfortunately in all the excitement the new settings were never saved.

So starts and runs but like a pile of ........

So need to get it to the rollimg road.

But happy the sensors etc are working now.
