Securing wiring in rear arches

How have people secured the wiring for the rear lights within the arches before it passes through the rear tub?
TIA

A few blobs of PU Adhesive. Just make sure the area is clean before it's applied and you have some method of holding the wire in place until it's dry.

I used contact adhesive to glue in cable tie clips as the double sided tape they came with just fell off.

Was thinking of glassing a tube in the arch keeping mud grit and other foriegn material away from the wiring.
