Reduction gear starter motor (4AGE 20v Silvertop)

Anyone using a Reduction gear starter motor on a 4AGE 20v Silvertop? Are they worth the extra expense?

What are you using?

I've been looking at this Linky

Hard to tell if it's the right one as they don't provide any Toyota part numbers to cross-reference.
