anyone else struggling with dash 2 programming? or is it just me?
i have dta s60 pro ecu with can technology.and have the can interface with the dash 2. what can the can interface read and display direct from ecu? or
does it depend on engine? im running a 2003 honda f20c from an s2000

it will display exactly what the ecu will ie if you want oil pressure youl need an oil pressure sensor. youl probaby need to get the can protocol from
dta aswel to make it all work together

I fitted one to a rally car 4 months ago. Its a nice bit of kit and we did have a few teething problems. Basically whatever sensors you have fitted
giving readings to the ecu then you can get them on the can bus. We had rpm water temp with oil pressure and fuel level on the analogue inputs.
IIRC.
You also have to program the dash to read the correct values from your senders ( depending on the resistance values etc of what type of sender they
are).
It was a very interesting excercise TBH but I did need a call to race technologies in the end ( because someone waylaid the can cable and we were
trying to get readings from the main ecu serial type port ) once that was resolved then 1 hour saw it finished. Read the manuals ( they are available
for both dta s60 and dash2 online) through and you'll get there.
ETA if you want to speak on the phone at the weekend then pm me and i'll send you my number,

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.
