Insulation of terminals: pvc or nylon?

Hey y'all,

Need to get to work making up a wiring harness and am about to order the terminals and connectors that I'll use.
Anybody know which of the insulation materials, pvc (is that the same as vinyl?) or nylon, is best to use in the kitcar?

Thanks!

Steve, in the NLs

PVC - Poly Vinyl Chloride, is softer than Nylon. I would go for nylon, but for the cost it doesnt really matter. Nylon seems to last longer and isnt as susceptible to UV degradation.
