No spark with mega jolt lte

Hi all I'm hoping someone can help me.

I've got a mk1 golf and have been running fine with mega jolt and the edis set-up until yesterday when I lost all spark. I've checked the coil and all appears to be fine I'm getting 12v to the center pin. I've checked the crank sensor and even replaced it to make sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions please.

Can't believe my luck its been running fine all year then 3 before my big show it decides to break.

Please help.

Cheers

Ross

have you tried unplugging the Megajolt ?
this way the EDIS will run in a static 10° 'limp home' mode

what gap have you got between the VR sensor and the trigger wheel ?

have you got power to the EDIS / megajolt ?

Ok so I've worked out the problem I think.

Why this broke it or fixed it is a bit beyond me but here is my fix.

Because my taco is coil driven have to use some diodes to get it working. These have been wired in since it been on the roads without working. Since going through all my wiring i now realise that I had wired them in wrong. So I cut the cables and it fired straight up.

If you can explain I'm a ears.

Cheers for your help.

I think you'd need to tell us a bit more about how they were wired before we could tell you any more

This is what Autosports forum suggest
You can take a direct feed from the EDIS and another from the Megajolt if you tacho can take it
