Charge warning light on Fireblade?
Hi All,
Is it possible to fit a charge warning/battery light on a blade engine at all. I don't really know if it's necessary either but If
it's easy to wire then I may as well.
Thanks,
Steve

my dash design includes a "charge warning light" for BECs (http://freespace.virgin.net/bob.carter/files/dashbunf.pdf)
This is just an LED which comes on if the battery voltage is below 12.5V. So it goes out if the alternator is doing it's stuff & seems to
operate as expected + it will light up if the charging system fails.
So you could rig up something like that. Bike engines don't have a car type alternator so normal ignition lights aren't appropriate
