Wiper delay unit
Hi all
Can any one tell me the part number and where i might get a ford sierra wiper delay relay? Ford want £43 for one and all the scrap sierras i have
come across have been pillaged. I have had a look on ebay but without much luck.
Any advice most welcome

they are normall colour coded,what colour is yours,i have a bucket of them here

I've just this weekend purchased one at my local motor factors as I fogot to take it off my donor.
Part number on the box :- FU13
Manufactured by Lancer Products
Cost £9.99p
I just asked for a bog standard 3 pin Ford Sierra flasher unit,

Like a muppet i forgot to remove this unit from the donner kebbab.
The ford wiring diagram shows the relay unit as having the following numbers on the base by the pins...
31,,,31b2,,,31b1,,,,54,,,P
its not to be confussed with the indicator relay, I think the colour of it may be red but thats just a guess

the one i have is numbered 1-5,part no 9622721880 made by isitrln?

I have found some more info
"Some top spec VW and Audi models used a programmable delay relay.
Look for part no. 3B0 955 531 (marked '197' or 357 955 531 (marked '99' .
Best part is, it's a 100% compatible direct plug in replacement for all standard wiper delay relays!"
