Pinto wiring - silly question

Hi All
It may seem a silly question but I dont do wires - give me a spanner and I'll fix it !

On a pinto Alternator, there are 3 wires - 2 red and 1 blue - where do they go to ?

does anyone have any simple wiring drawings I could borrow/Copy ?

Cheers !

IIRC the blue wire is the ignition light and the red wires are both +ve (you can twist them together).

I would tend to agree but wn't commit until I have seen a wiring diagram.

the lucas type alternator, wcih is most likely what the pinot had would have 3 tags:

two 6.8 mm tags that connect together hence you put the two red wires on there - two wires in case you are wondering to increasethe current carrying cpacity and the other wire goes to the smaller 4.7 mm tab and is for the ignition lamp.
