Try ebay for Kart seat padding

I got some seat pads from Roadrunner racing (same guys that manufacture the SR2).

They were bottom, back and head rest but he may be able to obtain just the bottom for you, they are held with velcro pads and are pretty comfortable.

I have seen people use camping foam bed roll things before with success.

They scuff too easily when getting in and out, hence replacing mine with the above link :-)

When I was getting my seats from JK Composites they asked if I wanted seat pads or not, So I choose to have them, red with black piping. They offer lots of choice as far as colours. Good quality all round. Comfortable seats. Very happy.

So you can get just the pads from them? FTW.
