on monday after getting insurance arranged with gary i put a post on forum, it received a lot of negative reponse about delays etc.
all my docs including certificate came in tuesdays post "14 hours" brilliant service, thanks again gary.
ps i need proof of forum membership, how do i get this. regards graham
