I think I would rather make some in steel, I would feel much safer lying underneath it then rather than some plywood and 4x2 offcuts but then again I am no good at carpentry.

Two spare tyres under each corner on muddy ground does seem more your bag though!!

I thought this was going to be a car on a stack of books...

It's not that novel. You can see them on a lot of dealers forecorts. They're made of galvanised steel; Plywood is a bit novel.
