A quick thumbs for some great customer service - Furore products

All to often we read about poor customer service, so I wanted to drop a quick note to the forum to give some praise.

Having ripped an oil line taking my engine out recently, I was left with the unenviable task of trying to find a replacement oil pipe going from the case to the oil pressure and oil temp sender. Having tried a few local places unsuccessfully, I came to the conclusion that online was the way to go. But feck be - what size were the fittings.

After another few efforts with thread guages and a trip to the local nut and bolts specialist - I had an answer 1.0 fine pitch - so i call up Russ at Furore products to order the said pipe. Whilst were on the phone we got taking measurements and the worry starting creeping in, that maybe the local nut and bolt place had got it wrong. So I sent of part of the old fitting to Russ on Friday night and there waiting for me yesterday(Tuesday) when I got home was my new shiny oil take off pipe. 1.0 fine not at all, 1/8 BST it was.

So thanks Russ, fantastic service, great price and quick turnaround - could not have been any better.

Russ is based in Essex.
