Bought a rover header tank from a seller registered as midlandautocare.
Item was shown as posted the day after the purchase, but a week later had not turned up (delivery was upto 7 days) so contacted the seller. Got a prompt response saying that he would check where it was. Next day a message saying that it had been lost by Royal Mail and he would send another. A few hours later another message saying that he had dispatched another tank, next day before 1pm recorded delivery and as a gesture of goodwill a £10 refund - the item only cost £15 including delivery. Sure enough, I was woken up by the postie with the header tank, all good and as described.
So A thumbs up to midlandautocare for good service
