I bet it's safer in the snow than in the dry, those tyres don't look like they would hold up long if it was gripping and a highside would be very easy to incur.

I'm thinking that's had some crap 50cc Moped /scoot engine retrofitted and likely Top Speed is in the order of 50KPH.

Not a hope that thing was doing 70MPH or even Half of that.

It has a CR125 motocross bike engine. Having ridden one I can say they are staggeringly quick for a 125, they have well over 35bhp in full race tune.
