I'm new to selling on ebay and have just flogged off a batch of surplus car bits. Only one problem, non payment after 8 days on some injectors.
Strange thing is the bidder, injectors4you, is a four year member with 100% feedback on 3000+ items. The injectors were only 26 quid but I
haven't had a response to emails. I don't know what the problem is.
I think I have been generous waiting but what is other peoples reaction? I want these things sold. I'm short of cash.
I think that is a long enough wait; tell ebay (to get charges back) then re-list.

Do they have any active listings? Sometimes this will show if a seller is 'away' for any reason.
Just been back to ebay and he has paid in the last few minutes perhaps in response to the email I sent him this morning. So all is good.
Sometimes buyers (& sellers) go off on holiday you have allow a bit of slack.
Plus, as happened to me, you get a bloody computer blow up. Ended up using the local library to reply to buyers, costly and a real PITA. Cheers Ray
