Thought it had been a while since I got garbage email. Just put the wife's Golf Cabriolet up for sale and within 1hr of putting the advert online
I got my first 'enquiry'.
"I saw your advert and wondered if it was still for sale?"
So I replied with a simple "yes it is"
This morning I got another email:

So I duly replied in the nicest possible way:
"Hi, as you are interested in buying the car without knowing anymore about it, you are obviously a very trusting soul 
So if you could please
send me all your bank details and login credentials for the online account and I will be able to arrange transfer from your account to mine for the
car.
I look forward to your reply.
Many thanks."

It might not fool the thousands of savvy people who know it's a scam but it only needs to fool one person for them to make some decent money.
