
Spent 3 weeks looking for a problem, When hitting about 150KPA on boost car suddenly going weak (17.5). Checked ECU Map sensor, seamed OK, changed fuel regulator. Removed inlet manifold to find a split accross the underneath of the air box. Now welded up JOB DONE.
So basically Kev, your turbo blew a hole in your intake

Glad you got it sorted Kev . One of the smoke machines would have found it in seconds but at about £700 you'd have to use it a lot to justify the cost. Anyone know a locost way of making one?
Gas testing smoke bomb in a box and a low pressure air line connected to a compressor and the inlet?
