Can hear a hissing noise from the top right of the engine, am regularly getting P0171 and P1074 codes, and fuel trims are at 25+% when idling; therefore believe I have an air leak somewhere in this area...

When wiggling the pipe in red just under the throttle cable assembly, it gets louder; what is this pipe, and it's function? Run out of light to investigate further...and Haynes book of lies not much use...
