Hypothetically speaking, do you think it would be possible to register this a light quadricycle with an MVSA test?
Electric motors and batteries have become quite cheap in the last few years.

I seem to recall a restriction on the no. of seats, but if it was below the weight limit then I would have thought feasible - if you're going electric I think you'll need to stay under the 48v mark as IIRC there are some very costly regs for higher voltages.

You might have a bit of trouble finding trolley bus wires to run it from on the road though!

It does make you wonder what happened to the set up in his garden. It's a work of art..
