It might be an easy job.............. but you will still curse and swear about it !!!!

Some people can never handle the truth and always try to shoot the messenger instead of taking an honest look in the mirror (its always easier to blame another than to face reality), but secretly they wish they could grow a pair and be the messenger !!!

Cant help with bush size but the job itself is pretty straight forward but a bit awkward as long as it isn't still the original bar which is fitted

If the original bar is still fitted it may need a roll bar aswell, early bars had two top hat shaped pieces of plastic shrunk on to the bar which the bushes go over, these top hat things stop the bar drifting from side to side, eventually the bar rusts underneath the plastic and they fall off. You either have to fit a new bar which comes with steel washers welded to the bar or modify the one on the car.

Either way it's a pain as you need to drop the subframe to get the bar out, fingers crossed it's had a bar already.

Oh well I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

If you need to drop the subframe then try and mark where it is before you slacken it as the holes are much bigger than the bolts and you will need to get the alignment setup again if you don't put it back where it was, I've done 3 different cars 2 were ok 1 needed to be setup again.
