Locost ford parts??

Just been to the main stealer, I was needing the seals for the plastic inlet manifold, a set of injector 0 rings and the bushes for the cam cover bolts.

£7 + vat each for the inlet gaskets
£4.61 + vat each for the O rings
£4.17+0.54+ vat each for the bushes (2 parts)

at topside of £70 I walked out. I can get the inlet gaskets on ebay for a tenner the set of 4. O rings I can measure up and order by the hundred for less but I'm stuck on the bushes and think I discarded them. Before I go and raid a scrapyard for cam cover fixings (ffs) are there any independant dealers? I used to deal with Autovaux in the vaxhall world.

Cheers

Hmm, I bought some cam cover bolt bush things last year from Holiways and paid no where near that. Can't remember how much but they were pennys rather than pounds.

There are injector O rings a plenty on ebay also. You could try bulkhead rubber grommets for the cam bolt bushings.

I can supply the gen bits with discount, but it still only going to be 10% or maybe more off those prices I'm afraid
