Looks like an old vitara with a new body on...
Apparently doesnt need an IVA but i'm not sure how "legal" that is.

They are based in a small industrial unit just down the road from me. Big in small offroad buggies, cant see how youd get away without an IVA on those
though its basically a kitcar.

I use to have a blitz 1, but sold it via here not very long ago.... Original Blitz 1 was fiat 126 based, i just used offroad.

Think you'll find the Vitara chassis is separate to the body and not messed with. This means it's simply rebodied (Radically altered) and
not requiring IVA...same goes for those buggy conversions that use an unaltered Beetle Chassis...

Beauty, as they say apparently, is in the eye of the beholder but I think it makes quite a snazzy bit of recycling for a rusty body Suzi. Woudnt mind
one myself if I didnt have so much else to contend with.
