If there's anything worse than crashing your car...

its got to be crashing two of your cars, into each other.

And nearly crushing yourself in the middle!

Had all 4 wheels up to work out where transmission noise was coming from (you can see where this is going). Put the back wheels down, saw the front stands were leaning a bit, and just as i thought 'shit, the handbrake!', it was coming for me! Dived and rolled backwards, and it didnt stop til it crunched into the side of the van!

So now i need my second set of rear lights (at least i never fitted the bumper after last time, so thats good to go), a panel on the jeep tapping out, and a new wing for a vivaro. But im still smiling, because for a short moment i was between the two and trying to push the jeep to stop it rolling and one must always look on the bright side.

Just trying to work out how to tell the wife her car has another dent?!

Made a mistake similar to that years ago, although luckily did not do any real damage.

My mistake then, drove the front of the car up on to ramps, hand brake on and jacked up the rear and put on axle stands......

So now the unbraked wheels are dangling, whipped out the gearbox bung, saw the car starting to topple off the stands and scrambled out just before they toppled and the car shot down the ramps and into a brick wall.

Will never do that again, 21 years old and not thinking

When I needed a new rad for the car the garage asked me why I did not have an escort? Manual V8 SD1, they did not think it through.... insurance was cheap then

Be careful out there.

Regards Mark

Glad you could smile.

i thought having it stolen then wasted is worse then crashing. like being burnt out or trashed for little reason.
