Chronometric Speedo Repairs

A friend has a 1960's motorcycle with a Smiths chronometric speedo which is a bit tempremental, sometimes working OK and sometimes indicating 125 MPH at an actual speed of 60!

Does anyone know of someone who could overhaul it, ideally in the South East as he's reluctant to send it by post?

John.

Speedy Cables in Swansea offer a very good service on Smiths speedos although he will have to post.
