Its snowing here and hard!
Just had about an inch in less than 5 mins. Im looking forward to my drive home now
How long can i resist the temptation to drop a V8 in?

If it's a novelty to you, it'll be plain scarey to all the other non car people.
Snow and ice are fine, it's all the idiots you have to share the road with that's the problem when conditions are poor.

My Mrs just came home from work 'before it got too bad'.
She was shaken because she'd skidded all the way down the hill outside our house and gone sideways nearly into a lamp post.
She has a modern (57 plate) car with ABS. Further questioning revealed that she'd pulled the handbrake up on the way down.
As you say, it's those that don't understand cars that we need to watch out for!

I think i spoke too soon. Its stopped and the sun has come out 
I know what you mean about the other idiots, saw waaay too many of them the other week. Its not just motorists either, its the idiots who think its ok
to walk on a busy A road instead of using the pavements

nothing here yet, but its getting cold again....

Clear here all day until around 4.30 then it snowed like I've never seen it, about 2-3 inches in twenty minutes, started again now
