I hope the seller gets reported. eBay is for auctions and classified sales; placing an auction as a advert for your services is not on IMO.

I agree that these types of ads have no place on eBay, but WTF are people doing by placing bids on it!?

It's not as if he hasn't made it bleeding obvious!

Maybe one of the "I'm in Eastern Europe, we can use ebay's escrow service in complete safety" scammers can't read English as well as they should?
