Car insurance with business use - recommend an insurer
Need to sort out car insurance including business use with up to 20k miles per year.
Tried the usual comparison websites, Direct Line etc, but wondered if there's any insurers/brokers that might specialise in business use....?
What have you got guys?

Directline has business cover as standard, and have been cheapest for me than anyone for past 4-5 years..

Depends what kind of business cover.. If you're just looking for something to cover you while you take your work stuff to places then it's
often included or free. If you want to cover the work stuff that might be extra..

I recently added business use on my cover by LV and it cost an extra £10 per year.
Happy or what.

When I had business cover [admittedley a few years ago] all the insurers I dealt with would add it for a small charge.

Worth giving NFU a call. They are pretty helpful (or have been with my dad) quite old fashioned too, which is always pleasant

Another vote for LV, when I added business use (property business) a couple of years ago it was either free or so cheap I can't remember what it
cost!
I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator
headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names
furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours.

Been round and round the houses with this and Swift Cover came out best on features and price. SWMBOS car is also covered with them which kept it
simple for NCD and access to online docs etc.
LV (who have our house cover) were out by £100+
Direct Line were also £100+ out on price
