Tintop plastic bumper paint woes

I crunched my rear bumper (56 plate Mazda6 hatchback) a couple of days ago. It survived structurally, but the paint on the top didn't flex as well and has cracked. It looks like it's going to start flaking off soon. What's the best way to fix this?

Regards,
Dave

Since it's a plastic bumper no need really, I mean it won't rust... I imagine there's a special primer for plastic though

I had chipsaway do our bumper which was the same the paint was all cracked once done you could not see any sign of the repair and the colour match was perfect.
