Have you got itinary menu on you tomtom?

If yes you should be able to import the itn file using tomtom home on computer.

If no, you can't import them.

Don't know about your model but the new TomTom's don't have "itinaries" on them. We have this problem on our tour to europe, where some can load the ITN files of the route and others can't. If you download and use TYRE then you can convert ITN files to POI (point of interest) files and you should be able to load those.
