Help / Advice Wanted:- Roughly how much is this M3 on ebay worth???
Hi All,
A friend has called me saying that he is interested in this car M3 e36 RACECAR/ TRACKCAR ROAD LEGAL THOUSANDS SPENT GREAT RACE CAR
| eBay and is thinking of offering money to end the auction early.
It's not a car I know a lot about, so I thought I'd ask people's opinions on here to gauge what it is worth please? Obviously it is
being bid on as we speak and does have 4 days to go, so it's a little hard to work it out in that way, and I understand that if it's on
ebay then people want to get something for nothing, but if you could please keep it to realistic amounts for the spec of the car I'd really
appreciate it!

I would say add up the cost of all the parts he has fitted and you will get an idea of what it would cost to do it yourself.
I bought an MX5 that cost more for the mods than the whole car was worth. We all want a bargain but you have to be realistic at the cost of these
things.

Thanks Macc Man - I think my friend has done a tot up and spoken to relevant engine person etc and total parts (without car) is £14k ish...
Anyone else have any general thoughts on rough value?

I've seen similar cars for about 7-9k.
It'd be worth finding out if its got an evo sump fitted(twin pickup)
What's been done the the engine? You'd want new shells before revving to 8000rpm.
I can't see how there's 14k in it to be honest, brakes must be worth a few k though.
If its been properly done, at this time of year 10k ish.
