Some cool cars I saw last weekend
Week before last I paid a flying visit to 3 cities in the USA. Although the trip (for business) was busy I managed to get to "cars and
coffee" in Irvine Los Angeles very early on the Saturday morning. My gracious host let me drive his Porsche Panamera there, as you can see in
the first pic. That's me in the black shirt. Athough the gathering was apparently very much smaller than usual due to cold weather and some
heavy rain the night before I still saw some great cars.
Also saw several fancy cars on the road. Happened to see a Mclaren dealership so popped in to kick the tyres. Salesman said he was delivering 7
MP4'-12Cs this month.
One of the hire cars we used, in So Cal, was the silver mustang. The red white and blue cars in the last pic were other hire cars you could choose
from.

Very nice, I love the Chevy ute, but what's this, an MP4 chassis ?

The cars & coffee thing in Houston, Texas is a good one too if you ever get that way.
