Racing Cars and Gaffa Tape never too far apart !

To much carbon fibre for me ( unless it is the 'Proper Stuff' )

Could be an illusion, but the wheelbase looks tiny, like it would swap ends in a straight line, cool looking thing though.

I thought it looked like a gokart on steroids, and the black one is yuk

carbon fibre or look a like stuff is not my bag,
on a mclaren or super car stuff possibly ok, but still not for me

I have been folowing there site for some time now, very intresting cars, the "guy at the back with the gaffa tape" is Dennis Palatov (DP)

They have a build blog of there cars inc some electric ones, Busa V8, Bike engine etc

and the bodys are full carbon fibre, yes the real stuff, plugs all made on a 5 axis mill etc

The dp1 has a wheelbase of 80" (i.e. the same as a classic mini).
The dp4 (which I think is the one in the picture) has a wheelbase of 68.5" (!) Like a kart it will be really good at corners, but probably a bit twitchy on the straight for a lot of people.
