Vauxhall 20XE

Im sorry, silly question time again.......
20XE vauxhall engine, I am/was having issues with Webbers leaking fuel, today, looking from the front, I noticed the carbs lean downwards to the bonnet side, so I took the cover off the carb and checked with a level, and, as I had guessed they do, as does the cam cover, are there any issues with running the engine upright so If I correct the lean, it wont cause an oiling issue, I run a Opel Manta alloy sump,

Something different, Very different..............

The carbs shouldn’t leak fuel at a slight downward angle, if you are sealing leaking fuel after a run it’s probably fuel stand-off that said you could run the car on the drive with filter off, rev it by pulling the cable and see when it leaks.
I would check float valves before doing any major angle corrections
