Can anyone with time on their hands please assist with a tech-drawing that I can hand into a machinist?

I've tried, but my freehand drawing / maths skills are not accurate enough for working drawings.

I'm looking for the following:

Circle with a diameter of 137mm.
5 x 16.2mm holes within the circle at a PCD of 114.3.
