I ordered a dynojet kit from TTS last Friday which hasn't arrived. I've been trying to phone them for 2 days and they just won't answer.

Are they on holiday?
Have they gone bankrupt?
Are they usually this unreliable?

there at the show thought they would have someone answering the fone though
