Im seriously considering buying this as first highlighted by Donut Ebay link

But the probem is that i am in Shropshire and the seller is in Edinburgh!

Are there any Scots builders with a bit of BEC knowledge local to the seller that would be willing to go and have a look at it for me and report back their findings/concerns etc?

Quick replies would be appreciated as its probably not going to go the distance on ebay if its for sale else where at that low a price!

I spoke to the guy selling it and he has a guy coming to view it on Sunday (with a trailer!)

If its not trailored away he will give me a call and i will in turn give you a shout if thats ok.
