How much is it worth done?

Looking at insurance and the amount i'd like to insure the car for..... got me thinking how much will it be worth in the real world when its done?

Fisher fury, live axle, lemans bonnet
zx12r engine, shortened baffled sump
4-2-1 system
AVO fully adjustable bouncy bits
custom alloy tank
MNR reverse box
accusump, powercommander etc etc
Stack dash
GPS data logger
Built from all new parts etc...
