Skyline engined locost on youtube

Hi all,

Was just on YouTube trying to satisfy my project binky withdrawals and I stumbled onto chap building a skyline engined locost.

I'm just wondering if it was ever finished or put on the road? Anyone know the chap or have any updates on his build? Seems a waste to be sitting in a shed somewhere instead of evaporating tyres out on the open road.

Binky alternatives…
Fanatik builds V8 in to a GT6
Alan Millyard a really clever/mad engineer, viper engine in a bike, 5 litre V twin, had sawing bike engines to make 6 cylinder etc
Retropower, extreme attention to detail and very good builds

I eat to survive
I drink to forget
I breath to pi55 my ex wife off (and now my ex partner)

Allen Millyard's always worth a watch on YouTube - clever guy who's done some fascinating stuff with motorbikes, engines and mountain bikes.

Another one to watch is Garage Idiots. American but can almost forgive that as the build has been interesting. The have built a Frankenstein classic beetle, almost rat rod style. Stretched and widened.

Highly recommended proper old school, he’s 80 and his dad worked on Bugatti race cars…
Watch the vid where he takes his original Lotus 7 with Coventry Climax engine for a spin.
I hope to be able to continue to drive like him in 16 years time…

Thanks for the suggestions gents, will give them a go.

I usually resort to this old Tony, abomb79 and AVE but they all seem to be in hibernation lately.

New one to me and there's some entertaining content there.
