How do i re-size my pitures for use as a avater?

or if you have xp or vista you can use PAINT - which you should find in your start menu, as they added fucntionality to save *.jpg.

simply use IMAGE - RESIZE/SKEW and then save it.

or try this if you have XP
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
it gives you re-size as an option when you right-click a picture file

its from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
I also use 'Tweak UI' and 'Clear Type' on all my PC's
