It appears recently that a few people have lost their donor V5's. Where do they all go? So mystical black hole?

Well it looks like my turn... the entire file with all the paper work i have saved has suddenly and unexplainably disappeared.

Just in time for SVA forms and now i cant find any of it. I'm so F888ed off !
