Just came into my inbox from the Glasgow Freecycle mailing list.

I am looking for an autoclave for a project and wondered if anyone out there had one that would do a turn. Working or non-working would be appreciated, and vacuum or steam.
I know these items can be heavy, so will arrange collection with bodies to do the job too.

Much appreciated.

So, it appears acceptable these days to ask about for a free auctoclave.

If that's the case, my next chassis will be a carbon tub once I pick up my free autoclave.

If only I hadnt just taken my old steam autoclave to the tip this morning

I don't think they mean an autoclave that provides heat and vacuum for the purpose of carbon fibre construction........rather an autoclave that pressure/steam cleans medical instruments.

^ was just wondering that. had a look on ebay to see what one looks like and saw they were for sterelising stuff too.

but why would she need several people to move one?
